On sale of Sanitas Pharma JSC

On June 16, 2010 share purchase agreement on sale of 100% of shares of Sanitas Pharma JSC controlled by HBM Pharma s.r.o was signed between two Sanitas, AB subsidiaries Jelfa SA and HBM Pharma s.r.o.

Thus separation of HBM Pharma s.r.o marketing, sales and regulatory organization located in Bratislava and Prague and its transfer to Sanitas group related to the previously announced sale of HBM Pharma s.r.o to Latvian company SIA Liplats 2000 was completed.
