Management Board

	Ashwin Roy – Chairman of the Management Board Ashwin Roy, Director, Citi Venture Capital International ('CVCI'): Mr Roy has been a transactor with CVCI (Citi's private equity unit focusing on growth markets) since 2001. Mr Roy has been involved in several CVCI transactions across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), CIS and Turkey, including leading all of CVCI's transactions in the Baltic States (AS Tallink Grupp in Estonia, IKI Group and AB Sanitas in Lithuania). Prior to this Mr Roy was a fund manager at Societe Generale Asset Management (‚SGAM‘) covering private and listed equities in CEE. Before SGAM, Mr Roy worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in London for 3.5 years, in audit and transaction support. Mr Roy is a Supervisory Board member of AS Tallink Grupp and is a director of Eurasian Brewery Holdings Limited. Mr Roy is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MA(Hons) in Economics (First Class), from King's College, University of Cambridge, UK
	Martynas Cesnavicius – Member of the Management Board Martynas Česnavičius has diploma in banking and finance of Vilnius University Faculty of Economics and is advisor to Luxemburg domiciled Investment funds Amber Trust I and Amber Trust II. He is a member of boards in Lithuanian companies engaged in activity of grain processing, manufacture of agricultural forage and products, manufacture of soft ice cream, telecommunications and other activities. Martynas Cesnavicius is a chairman of the board of Malsena Plius UAB, a member of audit committee of TEO AB
	Tomas Nauseda – Member of the Management Board Tomas Nauseda - a graduate of Concordia University, Wisconsin (USA), master degree in finance. After studies he worked in regional banks of USA for one year and started active participation in investment activity as he came back to Lithuania. Currently he is Management Board member of Baltvesta, UAB, Sirijus, UAB, JSC Georgian Properties, participates in the activity of other production and real estate development and management companies.
	Darius Sulnis – Member of the Management Board Darius Šulnis received his master’s in accounting and audit from Vilnius University and has a carrier in finance companies for over 15 years. He is currently the president and Board member of investment company Invalda and is active on several manufacturing, real estate and finance companies’ boards. He joined Sanitas’ board in 2003 and three years served as the chairman of Supervisory Board and the next three he chaired the Management Board.
	Martin Oxley – Member of the Management Board A graduate of the University of Edinburgh , Martin Oxley has a 20 year track record working in a number of leadership roles in the blue chip global health companies Roche, GlaxoSmithKline, Bristol-Mayers Squibb and the top-ranking CEE based generic companies Polpharma & Pliva Barr. He has consulted to a number of start up operations and IPO’s in the OTC, specialty pharma & biotech sectors in Europe & USA. Martin Oxley has lived in Central Europe for the last 15 years and for the last 5 years has lead the British Polish Chamber of Commerce to become the pre-eminent international trade, investment and advocacy organization in Poland. He is a recognized expert and speaker on CEE.
